Sophie holds a light hearted, uplifting and safe space for dancers. The variety of choreography she gives and her beautiful approach to dance creates a happy and healing atmosphere.
I'm excited to see her reach even more people and help them with not just the technical side of dance but also with the emotinal side effects dance can have.

I have been to a few Reboot classes now and I cannot wait to go back. The atmosphere is so wholesome and free. Sophie takes time to answer when you ask a question, which is super helpful. The choreo is so much fun and Sophie is great at mixing up different styles.
Thank you for giving a space to escape the world for an hour.
I attended a few sessions at Reboot Dance Company and I think the word that I would use to describe them is FUN!
What I appreciate the most is that Sophie is a very relaxed teacher. There is never any pressure to do anything, and if a move is too difficult, Sophie always takes the time to explain it or to suggest something else.
I definitely recommend her classes!
